Fancy a stroll through a garden awash with colourful flowers? Welton House Gardens was built in 1878 owned by Wendy Palmer and her brother, Ross, a renowned garden designer. Built on an ancient sand dune, the seven-acre-wide gardens host annual garden parties, sports tournaments, and fundraiser events for local charities. You will have the chance to see rare horticultural beauties such as deep-blue ‘Sapphire Tower’, magenta ‘Cymbidium Orchids’, honey-yellow ‘Low’s Boat Orchids’, and bright orange ‘Ross’s Lily’ to name a few.
